Overview
Dynamic Painting collects information reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule appointments, deliver services, understand website performance and maintain business records.
Information collected
This may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, appointment details, project descriptions, photos you provide and correspondence. Website and analytics services may also process technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, device and browser information, referral source, interactions with the website and similar usage data.
How information is used
- Respond to estimate requests and questions.
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Prepare and complete contracted work.
- Maintain warranty, insurance, accounting and project records.
- Protect website security and understand general website performance.
- Measure which pages and contact options are useful to visitors.
- Measure advertising activity and help create audiences for relevant advertising.
Analytics and website measurement
Dynamic Painting uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand website usage and improve the site. These services may use cookies, local storage or similar technologies and may process technical and interaction data according to their own privacy terms. We use this information to understand overall traffic, page performance, navigation patterns and website usability.
Meta Pixel and advertising measurement
Dynamic Painting uses the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement, audience building and retargeting on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar technologies and may process website interaction and device information according to Meta’s applicable terms and privacy policies.
Estimate requests, Microsoft Bookings and email
Project-details form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify so Dynamic Painting can receive and respond to estimate requests. Netlify applies automated spam filtering to these submissions. Online appointments are processed through Microsoft Bookings under Microsoft’s applicable terms. You may also contact Dynamic Painting directly by phone or email.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, analytics, website measurement, advertising, email, scheduling, accounting or project delivery, and when required by law. Records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or as otherwise required.
Your choices
You can manage or block cookies and similar technologies through your browser settings and use the privacy and advertising controls provided by Google, Microsoft and Meta where available.
