An example of the format; this is not a quote for a particular property.
- Rooms and surfaces
- Living room and hallway walls. The written scope identifies exactly which rooms and surfaces are included.
- Protection and preparation
- Protect floors and adjacent finishes, address agreed minor wall defects, sand suitable surfaces and prime where the assessed condition requires it.
- Coating and finish
- Two finish coats on the included walls. Your actual estimate names the selected product and sheen, and records any additional coverage requirements.
- Scope boundaries
- This example covers walls. Ceilings, doors, trim, cabinets and repairs outside the agreed scope are excluded. Any change is reviewed and agreed before additional work proceeds.
- Timing and completion
- Access, scheduling and the expected sequence are confirmed for your project. We review the completed work together at the final walkthrough.
- Payment and coverage
- No upfront deposit. Payment upon completion. Our two-year materials warranty is subject to its written terms; labour and workmanship are excluded.

Do I need to pay a deposit before painting starts?
No. Dynamic Painting does not require upfront deposits. Payment is due upon completion, and your written estimate explains the project scope and payment terms.
Is the painting estimate free?
Yes. Standard residential painting estimates are provided without an estimate fee or obligation to proceed.
Do I need to book before sending project information?
No. You can send the project details first, book directly, call Dynamic Painting or email Dynamic Painting. Choose whichever route is most comfortable.
Can I send project photos?
Yes. You can attach up to three photos to the project form, including wide views of the surfaces and close-ups of repairs. Photos are optional, so you can also send the details first and share images when Marc replies.
Does booking an estimate commit me to the project?
No. The appointment helps define the preparation, products, scope, pricing and timing. You decide whether to proceed after reviewing the written estimate.
Is professional designer help available for paint colours?
Yes. Dynamic Colour Confidence gives booked painting clients access to professional designer support for colour selection. During the estimate, Marc can also discuss colour direction, lighting, existing finishes, sheen and durability.
Will I receive a calendar invitation?
Yes. Microsoft Bookings sends a confirmation for a completed appointment and adds the booking to the connected calendar.
